Ensuring everyone has an equal chance to be seen, profiles under every category go through a weekly ‘profile shake up’ , changing the algorithm of creatives first seen on the page - curated by a platform built on fairness and equality.

The Emerging Crew category allows for more inexperienced creatives to have equal chances of being hired on work that will and does challenge them. It is an opportunity for potential employers to understand your abilities and that there is room for growth. Established Filmmakers and Creatives are categorised by their 3+ years experience and work, they have and are continuing to grow within an industry they’re able to curate and create.

By utilizing our tailored search options, Recruiters can easily find and connect with our extensive array of film and entertainment crew. Message, collaborate, network and hire Crew via Heretica.

This option is included in all subscription packages. All subscribers are able to view, apply and post their own creative project listings within the platform. Recruiters on the basic subscription are required to pay a small fee for posting a job listing.
