Users are responsible for ensuring information provided through the Platform remains accurate and current.

Users should avoid uploading sensitive information unless reasonably necessary for use of the Platform.

Users must not upload, submit or publish personal information relating to individuals under 18 through the Platform.

If you choose not to provide certain information, some Platform functionality may not be available.

We collect personal information directly from you when you create an Account, upload Content, purchase a Subscription, publish a Profile Listing or Opportunity Listing, communicate with users, contact us or otherwise interact with the Platform.

We may collect information automatically through cookies, analytics technologies and systems used to operate the Platform.

Where permitted by law, we may collect information from third parties and service providers.

If you upload information relating to another person, you warrant that you have authority and any necessary consent to provide that information and that the information does not relate to a person under 18.

We collect, use and disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests and where consent has been provided.

We use personal information to operate, administer and improve the Platform and provide services to users.

This includes managing Accounts, displaying Profile Listings and Opportunity Listings, facilitating communications, processing payments, providing support, investigating complaints, monitoring compliance with our Terms, maintaining security, improving functionality, conducting analytics and communicating updates and marketing materials where permitted by law.

We may review information and Platform activity to detect fraud, misuse, scams, suspicious activity, security incidents and breaches of Platform policies.

We may generate de-identified, anonymised or aggregated information derived from Platform activity for analytics, reporting, product development, business planning and Platform improvement purposes.

Personal information may be disclosed to other users through Profile Listings, Opportunity Listings and communications conducted through the Platform.

By publishing a Profile Listing, users expressly consent to public display and disclosure of information included within that Profile Listing.

When users submit applications, enquiries, communications or responses through the Platform, information submitted may become available to the recipient and may thereafter be handled in accordance with that recipient's own practices.

We may disclose personal information to payment providers, hosting providers, cloud providers, technology providers, analytics providers, professional advisers and service providers involved in operation of the Platform.

We may disclose information where required or authorised by law.

We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructure, sale of assets, financing transaction or transfer of operation of the Platform.

Users acknowledge that information intentionally made visible through Profile Listings may be copied, retained, reproduced or used by other users after disclosure.

We are not responsible for how users handle information once disclosed.

Profile Listings, Opportunity Listings and Content may become publicly accessible and may appear in search engine results, third-party indexing services or cached versions of webpages.

Where available, users may select profile visibility settings, however certain Platform functionality may require Profile Listings or Opportunity Listings to remain visible to other users.

Information may remain accessible after modification, removal or account closure due to external systems beyond our control.

Users should carefully consider what information they choose to publish.

The Platform may permit users to communicate directly.

Communications may be stored, processed, reviewed or monitored for operational, moderation, complaint handling, security, compliance and Platform improvement purposes.

We may receive and investigate complaints regarding Profile Listings, Opportunity Listings and communications.

Users should exercise care before sharing personal, confidential or sensitive information.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment services, media services, integrations and external platforms.

If users connect third-party services or import content, information may be collected or processed from those services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and users should review those providers' privacy policies.

We may send service updates, operational notices, account communications, billing communications, security notifications and marketing communications where permitted by law.

Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Operational communications relating to Accounts, subscriptions, billing, Platform operation and security may continue even where marketing communications are disabled.

Where you publish a Profile Listing, you authorise us to display and promote that listing and associated Content for operation and promotion of the Platform unless otherwise agreed.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how users interact with the Platform and improve functionality.

You may adjust browser settings to restrict cookies, although some Platform functionality may be affected.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Despite these measures, no storage or transmission system can guarantee complete security.

If we become aware of an eligible data breach under applicable privacy laws, we may investigate, mitigate and notify affected individuals and authorities where required.

Some service providers, infrastructure providers and data processing systems supporting the Platform may be located inside or outside Australia.

Those service providers and locations may change from time to time.

Users may update Account information, edit Profile Listings, request correction of information, request deletion of information and request closure of Accounts.

We may require reasonable verification of identity before processing requests.

We may refuse requests or retain information where required for legal, operational, security or dispute resolution purposes.

Requests for deletion of information uploaded in breach of the age restrictions in this Privacy Policy may be actioned without restoring or re-publishing removed information.

You may request access to personal information held by us and request correction where information is inaccurate.

Requests may be refused where permitted by law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, operational and business purposes.

We may retain archived records after account closure to comply with legal obligations, investigate complaints, enforce rights and resolve disputes.

Closure of an Account does not guarantee removal of information already disclosed to users, indexed by search engines or retained by third parties.

Users should maintain their own copies of uploaded Content.

The Platform is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Users must not create an Account, publish a Profile Listing, publish an Opportunity Listing or otherwise use the Platform if they are under 18 years of age.

Users must not upload, submit or publish personal information relating to an individual under 18 through the Platform.

By creating an Account or using the Platform, users warrant that they are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to agree to this Privacy Policy.

If we become aware that an Account has been created by, or personal information has been collected from or about, a person under 18 in breach of this Privacy Policy or our Terms, we may suspend or terminate the Account and remove associated information from the Platform.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy obliges us to retain, restore or recover information removed under this section.

We may use automated systems and technologies to assist with search functionality, moderation, recommendations, analytics, Platform administration and user experience improvements.

Automated processing does not replace user responsibility for engagement decisions.
